Ela Partyka, MSW, RSW, MBA, is the Founder and Principal Counsellor & Consultant at Elavate. My work is rooted in a deep passion for guiding personal and interpersonal growth, as well as organizational transformation.

For over 20 years, I’ve supported individuals and couples as they navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and the pursuit of greater clarity and connection. At the same time, I’ve spent more than a decade in leadership and consulting, helping organizations strengthen culture, embed psychological health & safety, and lead meaningful, sustainable change.

I bring together a unique combination of clinical expertise and business acumen:
